PLACE chicken in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Bake at 375°F. for 30 min.
MIX soup, water, vinegar, Italian seasoning and garlic. Spoon over chicken and bake 25 min.
SPRINKLE cheese over chicken. Bake 5 min. or until done. Stir sauce.
