preheat oven to 350
Combine eggs and milk
Stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage and 1/8 tsp pepper.
add beef to mixture and mix well
Pat into a 6x4x2inch loaf pan
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours.
Meanwhile combine ketchup, brown sugar and dry mustard.
after baking, spoon fat off meat
Spread the ketcup mixture over meat and bake for an additional 10-15min
