preheat oven to 325; lightly grease a 13 x 9 - inch baking dish. in a large skillet. combine ground chuck and onion; cook over medium heat untill beef is browned and crumbles drain well. in a medium saucepan, combine soups, milk and chillies, cook over medium- low heat untill warm. cut tortillas into fourths. cover bottom of prepared baking dish with tortillas, top with half meat mixture and half soup mixture repeat layers with remaing tortillas, meat mixture and soup mixture, sprinkle with cheese. bake 30 mintues or untill hot and bubbly
