Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • Mustard
  • Regular or Diet Pepsi
  • garlic powder
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cooking Instructions

Add olive oil to deep pan and heat. Add just enough oil so that pork chops won't stick.

Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with garlic powder.

Add to hot pan and brown pork chops until well done.

Add mustard first to one side of pork chop and brown then add to the other side and brown.

Add pepsi...just enough to cover the pork chops and cover.

Lower heat and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Recipe Notes

This was Aunt Mina's invention. Best served with white rice and maybe a tossed salad.
