In large frying pan saute onions and green peppers for about 8 minutes until onions are clear.
Add green chillies and diced tomato along with coriander salt asfoetida and curry powder.
Mix together and saute for 5 minutes
Add scrambled eggs and chopped hard boiled eggs. Add turmeric as well for now.
Stir until spices are fused.
Add rice little at a time and mix together If needed add little water so Rice does not stick to the pan.
Heat over low heat while stirring for 3 minutes.
This is hyderabadi recipe. Traditionally from India but you will find in any Indian restaurant any where in the world.
