1: Boil Eggs for 10 minutes!
2: Heat the pan for about 10 minutes and add 1 tbsp; of oil to it.
3: Saute Onion Garlic and Chili in a pan till onions start to turn reddish brown. (You don't want to overy saute it).
4. Add Tomato to the sauted onion garlic and chil. Fry it for another 10 minutes till tomato becomes soft and gets mashed up.
5: Add Egg turmeric salt and just 1/2 cup of water. Mix it well
6: Serve in the clean bowl!!
Egg Curry is good old Indian recipe. If you are in Ashburn, VA, you might want to try this in Mirchi Indian Restaurant, if you are not in the mood to make :-)
