Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 tbsp. nonfat mayonnaise
  • 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 4 hard-cooked egg whites , chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion (about 1 small)
  • 1 cup chopped tomato (about 1 medium)
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices Pepperidge Farm® White Sandwich Bread
  • 8 zesty dill sandwich stackers

Cooking Instructions

Mix mustard, mayonnaise and pepper. Stir in egg whites, onion and tomato.

Place lettuce on 4 bread slices. Divide egg mixture among bread slices. Top with sandwich stackers. Makes 4 sandwiches.

what!? no yolk?

why get rid of the yolk? that's the good part of an egg that makes the sandwich tasty.
