Ingredients

  • 12 pounds Chicken Wings
  • 4 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cups Soy Sauce
  • 4 tsp. (or more) Garlic Powder
  • 4 tsp. Ginger
  • 4 tbls. Lemon Juice

Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl, place oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger and lemon juice. Mix all in a plastic bag, marinate overnight. Put in baking pan, marinade and all, keeping wings in a single layer, cover with foil.

Needs missing instructions too....

Sorry we're not all 'professionals' like yourself Jenny, but some of us come on here to get RECIPES because we ARE inexperienced and would like some instructions to go by. In a recipe those instructions typically include a cooking time and temperature according to any cookbook, cooking magazine, etc. that I've ever seen. So, before you go thinking everyone who doesn't know this information off the top of their head isn't a 'real cook' you might want to wonder why YOU come here looking for RECIPES too...

Sounds Good!

I don't think that it takes a rocket scientist to figure out that when a sentence says "mix all in a plastic bag and refrigerate overnight" that the cook meant "all" of the ingrediants, including the chicken. And, although it would have been helpful to know what temperature the oven should be on, most cooks could figure it out! Other than the amount of oil, this recipe looks decent to me.

missing instructions

no temperature or cooking time indicated in recipie instructions. also, not clear about when and where to add the chicken to the marinade.
