In a large bowl, place oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger and lemon juice. Mix all in a plastic bag, marinate overnight. Put in baking pan, marinade and all, keeping wings in a single layer, cover with foil.

Sounds Good!I don't think that it takes a rocket scientist to figure out that when a sentence says "mix all in a plastic bag and refrigerate overnight" that the cook meant "all" of the ingrediants, including the chicken. And, although it would have been helpful to know what temperature the oven should be on, most cooks could figure it out! Other than the amount of oil, this recipe looks decent to me. |

missing instructionsno temperature or cooking time indicated in recipie instructions. also, not clear about when and where to add the chicken to the marinade. |
