Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 4 TBLSP unsalted butter
  • 3 Banana (ripe and smashed)
  • 1 c pecans

Cooking Instructions

Combine 1 st 3 ingridents Cream butter in separate bowl with sugar Add butter Add banana

Add wet ingridents to dry Stir about 30 times Add pecans

Place in loaf pan Bake for 30 min @ 350

Test center Cool 10 Minutes remove from pan and continue to cool

The most moist BANANA BREAD ever
