Ingredients

  • 2 lbs hamburger meat
  • cn Rotel Tomatoes (mild)
  • 4 oz cn Diced Green Chilis
  • sm. Jar Taco sauce
  • sm Onion (chopped)
  • sm Green pepper (chopped)
  • /2 lb Shredded cheddar cheese
  • cn Cream of mushroom soup
  • cn Cream of chicken soup
  • bg Round tortilla chips

Cooking Instructions

cook ground beef onion and pepper. add salt and pepper to taste. Add tomatoes gr. chilis taco sauce mushroom and chicken soups. Heat slowly for 15 min. In a 3 qt casserole layer meat mixture chips and cheese ending with chips and cheese. Cook covered in a 325 oven for hour.

Great dish to feed my large family full of picky eaters!

This was just a fantastic dish that had everyone coming back for more. I also had Tortillas and a really great bean dip that I found on here for an appetizer. (we loved that too)

Great dish to feed a crowd.

This casserole is easy to assemble and so tasty! It reheats well and serves alot of people.......try it!
