Cook sausage,drain,and set aside.Cook pasta,drain,and set aside. Preheat over to 350 degrees.Layer bottom of 2 Quart casserole dish with tortilla.Cover tortilla with beef.Cover with pasta. Mix together jalapenos,onion,salsa, and pepperonis. Pour mixture over pasta. Cover with cheese. Beat eggs and spices together in bowl and pour over casserole.Sprinkle tabasco sauce as desired over top of casserole. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let cool for 5-10 minutes and serve. Note: Casserole is spicy as is, but for those who love a real quick, substitute habenaros for jalapenos.

Good recipe!This was a great dish! I left out the tabasco sauce so it wouldn't be too spicy for the kids. I also used cheddar cheese. Everyone enjoyed it! |
