1. Heat oven to 350.
2. Cook green beans as directed on package for the minimum amount of time; drain.
3. Mix soup, milk, pimientos and pepper in 2-quart casserole or square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Stir in beans. Sprinkle with onions.
4. Bake uncovered 30 to 40 minutes or until hot in center.
