Cut eggs in half. Remove yolks; place in medium bowl. Add cream cheese, mayo, mustard,vinegar and sugar. Mix until well blended. Spoon mixture into a large ziplock bag. Cut a small corner from bag and squeeze filling into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika.Top with crumbled bacon and finely chopped green onions,or you can top with drained canned baby shrimp and 2 Tbsp dill. These are so good !!
