Ingredients

  • 1/2 C White Sugar Pure Cane
  • 3 TBS Self Rising Flour NEEDS TO BE SELF RISING
  • 1/4 T NUTMEG Freshly Grinded
  • 1/4 T Cinamon
  • 5 CUP Granny Smith Apples Chopped FINELY VERY FINELY
  • 1/4 CUP BUTTER or Margerin you also can Crisco for better Results
  • 1 12 inch Pie crust in PAN Floured and greased
  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon JUICE
  • 1/3 CUP Packed light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Cornstarch

Cooking Instructions

Start by PRE HEATING your OVEN to 425 Combine Sugar Flour Spices Butter Crisco Mixture Depending what you are ing Your Butter Crisco mixture needs to be Melted for better Carmalizing of the APPLES!!! Mix your Dry Mix with Apples let it Carmalize Before you can really MIX any Apples you must first CUT these Apples Cut them finley into Chip like Slices this will make it easer to eat and to kind OF Prepare If you will once it has carmalized go ahead and poor it into your pie pan and put a top crust if that is what you are going to do you can also a LATACE this works well it looks better Cover edge with 2-3 Inch Strip of Aluminium foil to prevent excessive Browning. Remove foil for last 15 min if you can Brush pastry lightly with Milk or CREAM to help them become golden and yummy Sprinkle with brown sugar and warm honey. Or your choice of things. ENJOY!!!
