Ingredients

  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 4-ounce package feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter
  • 1/3 cup chopped ripe olives
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup snipped parsley or finely chopped toasted almonds
  • Assorted crackers

Cooking Instructions

Bring cheeses and margarine to room temperature. Beat till combined. Stir in olives and onion. Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours. To serve, shape into a ball. Roll in parsley or almonds. Serve with crackers.
