1. Boil chicken with soy sauce, vinegar, 2cups water, black pepper garlic till chicken is tender
2. Remove chicken from pot
3. Saute garlic, onion, then pour chicken in the pot until slightly brown
4. Mix a little stock from step one, for 10 mins.
5.Pour over rice
