The Best Ribs EVER!!!!

I recently made 30 Lbs of Baby Back ribs for a BBQ. I tripled this recipe and let them marinate for 24 hours. Instead of using the oven or a grill, I used a roaster. I put all the ribs in there for 4 hours (I rotated them 1/2 way). Then I dipped them in a sweet BBQ sauce. These ribs were falling off the bone. Everyone who had them absolutely loved them and said that they were the some of the best ribs that they had ever had. I would recommend these ribs to anyone. I will definately be making these again and again.

Ribs are marinated in pineapple juice and spices overnight before being slowly cooked in the oven, then thrown on the grill and slathered with barbecue sauce at the last minute. The result is a tender baby back masterpiece.
