Ribs in the oven!...that is a sin.

I live in Memphis ...usually if they fall off the bone they are overcooked...

The Best Ribs EVER!!!!

I recently made 30 Lbs of Baby Back ribs for a BBQ. I tripled this recipe and let them marinate for 24 hours. Instead of using the oven or a grill, I used a roaster. I put all the ribs in there for 4 hours (I rotated them 1/2 way). Then I dipped them in a sweet BBQ sauce. These ribs were falling off the bone. Everyone who had them absolutely loved them and said that they were the some of the best ribs that they had ever had. I would recommend these ribs to anyone. I will definately be making these again and again.

Awesome Ribs!!

The ribs came out soooo tender. They were falling off of the bone. I could not have asked for a better recipe.

Here's an easy, reliable way to ensure a moist and flavorful turkey...simply baste the turkey with chicken stock during roasting. When the turkey is done, use a bit more stock to make a quick and tasty gravy.
