French style mashed potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 Russet potatoes
  • 4 Carrots
  • 1/2 C LIGHT sour cream
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

slice carrots thinly and put in a pot of water and cook till tender. Add chopped potatoes and cook together till the potatoes are tender. Put in food processer and pure, adding a little of the water from pot you cooked them in.

When blended pour in bowl and add the light sour cream and salt and pepper.
