1. To frost your glasses, arrange six 14-ounce glasses on a tray, and place the tray in the freezer. Chill until the outsides of the glasses are coated with frost, or until ready to use.
2. Pour the Sugar Syrup into a 2-quart pitcher. Add the water and lemon juice, and mix until well blended.
3. To serve, remove the frosted glasses from the freezer, and fill with ice cubes. Pour the lemonade over the ice cubes and, if desired, garnish with a sprig of mint. Serve immediately.
