i microwave brown @ crisp bags ( running out and cannot find company any more) do not care to plastic...but in a heavy dish is just the same. place atlantic fresh salmon in bag,,a tsp butter fresh parsley,orange juice just to moist so not to dry out in bag....4-5 minutes (bag hot like pop corn....careful...squeeze fresh lemon. lemon takes place of salt...also i love the new recipe about not using butter or milk in mashed potatoes!!! good lite olive oil and little reggiano italian grated cheese......much better for you......thank you for all your tasty recipes that are better for one's diet. wish i could find the paper bags again. don't think i care to plastic louise

salmon cooks fast...depending on thickness and length... became diabetic...learned to eat better. always fresh atlantic cold water salmon. better taste...you can cook any kind of fresh fish...just watch the timing ...fish don't take long...
