Ingredients

  • 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1-2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Cooking Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Serve within 1 hour.

This doesn't deserve one star!

The title says "Salsa" but the recipe is for halibut. And I had to give it a star. Are you kidding me? Memo AOL Food: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIRE YOUR PROOF-READING STAFF--THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY ASLEEP ON THE JOB!
