Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced ripe tomato
  • 4 ounces cubed mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 pound pasta

Cooking Instructions

  Mix diced ripe tomato, cubed mozzarella cheese, diced green bell pepper, olive oil and dried oregano in a large bowl.

  Add 1 pound hot pasta. Toss to mix.
