Ingredients

  • 3 large banannas
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 cup Nuts (pecans, walnuts)

Cooking Instructions

combine ingredients and mix well

pour into greased loaf pan and bake in pre-heated 325-degree oven for 1 hour

may be frozen if desired

Missing something.

After combining all the ingredients as above, the mixture was way too dry, nearly like there was no liquids added. I added a little milk (didn't measure it) then, the bread came good, not great. Think maybe a little cinamon would spice it up a bit too.
