Ingredients

  • 1 pint (2 ounces) fresh strawberries, rinsed, hulled and quartered
  • 12 ounces each green and purple grapes, removed from stems and rinsed (2 cups each)
  • 3 navel oranges, peeled with white membrane removed, cut in sections
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 pint (2 cups) low-fat vanilla yogurt

Cooking Instructions

Mix fruit and sugar in a large bowl. Serve with the yogurt.

Planning Tip: The fruit can be prepared up to 1 day ahead. Refrigerate separately.
