Ingredients

  • 2 sticks Butter
  • 5 cups Sugar
  • 1 large can Evaporated Milk
  • 3 18-oz bags Chocolate Chips
  • 1 jar Marshmallow Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup Nuts (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Melt Butter. Add sugar and evaporated mill. Bring to boil and boil for six (6) minutes. Remove from heat and add chocolage chips and marshmallow cream. Stir until well melted. Add vanilla and nuts and stir completely. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 pan and allow to cool. Cut into squares and serve.

WOW

I love fudge (without the nuts) and this is a very good recipe. It might be a little labor intensive for the single guy what with all the stirring you have to do, but it's worth it.
