METHOD:
Preheat oven to 325ºF. Season the ribs generously on both sides with salt and pepper. In a bowl, combine the oil, garlic, rosemary and thyme together in a bowl. Pour over the ribs. Place the ribs on a roasting tray and roast in the oven for 1 hour.
To make the cole slaw, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice and Tabasco in a small bowl, and season with salt and pepper. In a large mixing bowl, combine cabbage carrots, and onion. Serve with the ribs.
Round Out the Meal:
With a baked potato.
