Ingredients

  • 4 Porkchops
  • 1 raw onion sliced in rings
  • 1 T vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

Cooking Instructions

Lightly fry porkchops and onion rings in Veg. Oil. In mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and mushroom soup. Mix well and pour into pan with porkchops and onions. Simmer until porkchops are done. Serve over rice.

My mother found this recipe in the newspaper when Jimmy Carter became President.

Different

This was good, it was different, I will say. It taste way better than it looks while cooking. If you're a fan of peanut butter, then you will love this recipe, my son liked it alot!
