
Preheat oven to 450F. Combine eggs with salt and flour and gradually add the milk, beating all the time.
Spread the bottom and sides of a 10-inch skillet thickly with the butter and pour in the batter. Bake 20 minutes; reduce the heat to 350F and continue baking until crisp and brown. Place on a hot platter and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and lemon juice.

08/24/09 06:22 PM | Don't know this one, but here is another one that will-blow your mind! Start with one cup of Martha White hot-rise flour & one teaspoon of sugar. Add just enough water to make a thick batter. Melt one tablespoon of unsalted butter in a non-stick pan just until it sizzles. Add a portion of the batter. Flip as soon as bubbles form.
