Ingredients

  • 1 2-inch-long piece fresh ginger
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup packed fresh mint leaves
  • 4 cups brewed raspberry, cherry or strawberry tea
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 12-ounces sparkling mineral water
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped lemon peel

Cooking Instructions

Cut fresh ginger into fourths. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate 4 to 5 hours to bring out full flavor. Remove and discard ginger pieces. Serve over crushed ice.
