Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (100 grams) ginger, finely minced
  • 1/4 cup (60 grams) orange peel, finely minced
  • 1/2 cup (100 grams) sugar
  • 4 cups (1 liter) rice wine or sake

Cooking Instructions

Place the ginger, orange peel, and sugar in a bottle with the rice wine.

Seal the bottle and let stand to macerate for at least 10 days before drinking.
