Gingered Butternut Squash

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cup Squash, butternut, fresh, cubes (1 large squash)
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger root, minced
  • 1/4 cup Juice, apple, unsweetened, canned/btl
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg

Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking dish.

2. Mix together the squash, ginger root, and apple juice in the dish.

3. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Sprinkle the nutmeg on top.
