Combine butter and light brown sugar in medium saucepan. Stir over medium hear 2-3 minutes until sauce is smooth. Add evaporated milk and bring to gentle boil. Stir well, remove from heat, and add sifted confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Beat well 1-2 minutes until glaze thickens and loses a little shine. immediately.
