Glazed Snow Peas and Carrots

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 can Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 4 medium carrots , sliced
  • 1 medium onion , coarsely chopped
  • 8 oz. snow peas (about 2 cups)

Cooking Instructions

MIX cornstarch, 1/2 cup broth and lemon juice.

MIX remaining broth, carrots and onion in skillet. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook 5 min. or until vegetables are tender. Add snow peas. Cook 2 min.

ADD cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
