MIX cornstarch and 1/4 cup broth.
MIX remaining broth, ginger, garlic, carrots, celery, pepper, onion, broccoli and snow peas in skillet. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over medium heat 5 min. or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
ADD cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
