Excellent saladThis one is great if you like goat cheese. It makes a great summer side or main veggie dish and also is great left over. Will definitely make this one again!! |

DeliciousI made this exactly as written except that I added more arugula and less garlic for my finicky eaters. It was fabulous and people served themselves seconds. I used it as a side dish with marinated London broil. It's a great summer dish. |

Great RecipeWhile it is probably not enough for 6 as an entre, this is an excellent recipe which I will repeat. Peppery arugula was a perfect complement to the melted goat cheese crumbles. Yummy! Yummy! Yummy! |
