Excellent salad

This one is great if you like goat cheese. It makes a great summer side or main veggie dish and also is great left over. Will definitely make this one again!!

Delicious

I made this exactly as written except that I added more arugula and less garlic for my finicky eaters. It was fabulous and people served themselves seconds. I used it as a side dish with marinated London broil. It's a great summer dish.

Great Recipe

While it is probably not enough for 6 as an entre, this is an excellent recipe which I will repeat. Peppery arugula was a perfect complement to the melted goat cheese crumbles. Yummy! Yummy! Yummy!

my picky 6 yr old and picky 2 yr old loved it!!

I did as one of the previous "raters" and added fresh basil in place of the arugula, and a little bit of shredded parmesean cheese! My boys can't stop eating it!!! I am typing as they are enjoying it!! YUM
