Ingredients

  • 2 cans (10 3/4 ounces each) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 8 large carrots , thickly sliced (about 6 cups)
  • 8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts halves
  • 4 cups hot cooked egg noodles
  • Chopped fresh parsley

Cooking Instructions

Stir the soup, water, lemon juice, mustard, garlic powder and carrots in a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker. Add the chicken and turn to coat.

Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours* or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with the noodles. Sprinkle with the parsley.

*Or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.

Serving Suggestion: Serve with buttered peas and carrots. For dessert serve with butterscotch pudding garnished with whipped topping.

I beg to differ!

Cooking the chicken in a slow cooker on hi or low for the recommended amount of time will produce juicy chicken and a delicious meal. This recipe looks great!

No information is missing about the chicken. It goes in a slow cooker, and cooks for 7 hours, so the chicken is raw.

Not enough information given for the preparation: are the chicken breasts precooked and cut into strips? Otherwise, it looks yummy!
