STIR the soup, sour cream, cheese, nutmeg, spinach and 2/3 cup onions in a 1 1/2-qt. casserole and cover.
BAKE at 350°F. for 20 min. Stir the spinach mixture.
SPRINKLE the remaining onions over the spinach mixture. Bake for 5 min. more or until the onions are golden brown.
TIP: *To thaw spinach, microwave on HIGH for 3 min., breaking apart with a fork halfway through heating.
