  • 2 LONG STEM CARROTS
  • 1 LARGE ONION
  • LEMONPEPPER
  • 2 THYME
  • CELERY
  • 1 BG. BROWN RICE
  • 1 LARGE LEMON
  • WHITE COOKING WINE
  • EX VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Cooking Instructions

PREPARE YOUR DISH BY SIMPLY CHOPPING YOUR CARROTS, ONIONS,CELERY,AND LEMONS INTO MEDIUM SLICES. SET THEM TO THE SIDE.

RINSE YOUR FLOUNDERS OFF. SEASON GOOD W/ LEMONPEPPER.

TAKE A BAKING PAN AND LINE WITH FOIL. PLACE YOR 4 FLOUNDERS ON THE TOP OF THE FOIL.

ADD YOUR VEGETABLES AND STEMS OF THYME. ON THE TOP.W/ ASPLASH OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

SPLASH A LITTLE WHITE COOKING WINE ON TOP.

ADD YOUR EXTRA FOIL ON THE TOP. KEEPING ALL THE GOOD FLAVORS IN.

BAKE FOR 25 TO 30 MINUTES ON 300 DEGREES. COOK SLOW

BOIL YOUR BROWN RICE

WHEN DISH IS DONE. PLATE YOUR FISH ADDING COOKED VEGGIES ON TOP. THROW THYME STEMS AWAY. ADD YOUR BROWN RICE ON THE SIDE ADDING JUICES FROM YOUR FISH ATOP THE RICE. ENJOY! GOOD SERVED WITH WHITE WINE......
