Break the lettuce into cubes and place in a salad bowl. Crumble the feta, slice the onion into thin rings and slice the pepper into strips. Add to the lettuce along with the diced tomatoes and black olives.
In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth. Just before serving, pour over the salad and toss until vegetables are coated.
