Preheat oven to 325-350. Thaw green beans under hot running water or place in microwave just long enough to thaw. Drain well.
Stir together soup and milk in a 2-quart casserole dish until smooth. Add drained green beans and almonds, stirring gently to combine. If desired, sprinkle top with onion rings, potato chips, or bread crumbs.
Place in oven and bake until top is brown and dish bubbles at the edges, about 20 to 30 minutes.
