heat oil in slillet til hot salt an pepper pork pieces brown on all sides in hot oil..... turn heat down to low.... add green chile sauce....cover....cook over low heat...turn every 15 minutes....cook for one hour or until meat falls easy off bones..... shred meat off bones with a fork..... let simmer another 10 minutes.....fill tortillas with pork mix.....top with cheese and cilantro... or just eat it with a spoon like my dad does from the skillet haha
