1. Season pork with pepper and place in crock pot or slow cooker.
2. Pour salsa Verde into crock pot .
3. Chop onion finely and lightly brown in oil.
4. Add onion into crock pot and cook on low for 9 - 12 hours (I suggest you cook this in the morning or the night before).
5. Pull pork apart with two forks and serve with tortillas or rice. Top with cheese and enjoy!
