
Stir the oil, vinegar, garlic, black pepper, parsley and tomatoes in a medium bowl. Let the mixture marinate for at least 15 min.
Lightly oil the grill rack and heat the grill to medium.
Grill the toast slices for 2 min. or until they’re browned and heated through, turning once.
Divide the tomato mixture evenly among the toast slices. Serve immediately.
TIP: *Omit garlic if using Garlic Texas Toast.

fourth ingredient is what?!?!?Hi,
Seems that the fourth ingrediant should state pepper rather than Bok Choy right?? I am thinking so due to the ingredients stated in the actual recipe. |
