To grill or broil: Grill 4 to 6 inches above hot coals 5 to 6 minutes, turning once, until opaque in middle. Broil on broiler-pan rack 4 to 6 inches from heat source as directed.
Cut breasts in 1/4-inch-thick slices. Put tortillas on grill or broiler-pan rack. Sprinkle each with 1/4 cup cheese and 1/4 cup corn. Grill or broil 1 minute or until cheese melts. Top with chicken, then the cut-up avocado and tomato, and the chopped cilantro.
