For a charcoal grill, put fish in a greased wire grill basket on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium coals. Grill for 8 to 2 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Or place fish on the greased unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil for 8 to 2 minutes.
To serve, cut fish into pieces and spoon salsa over fish.
