METHOD:
Preheat the grill. In a blender, combine all the ingredients except the fish. Puree until bright green. Marinate the fish for 10 minutes.
Grill the fish for 2 minutes per side.
Round Out the Meal:
With Sweet Cucumber Salad (recipe below).
Kid Friendly:
Go easy on the chili.
Beverage Pairing:
A blended red such as Napa Valley's 2004 Conundrum.
Sweet Cucumber Salad: 2 cups sliced English cucumber 3 Tablespoons fish sauce 2 Tablespoons sugar 1 Tablespoon lime juice 2 Tablespoons sesame oil 2 Tablespoons sesame seed, toasted In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together.
