Ingredients

  • 2 - 3 Avocado (ripe / peeled )
  • 1/4 Cup Cup Tomato (diced finely)
  • 1/4 Cup Green Onion (diced / finely)
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice (or juice 1 lime)
  • 2 ea. Jalapeno peppers seeds removed (diced / finely)
  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro chopped finely (stems removed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon . Salt or (to taste)

Cooking Instructions

In a medium bowl place avocado smash until smooth (paste like). Add onion, cilantro, and lime juice, mix and smash (tomato should be in small chunks). Add jalapeno or to desired taste. Add Salt to taste. NOTE: For sandwich spread Add 3 strips Bacon (cooked & crumbled) 1/4 Cup mayonnaise

Won't Turn Brown

Save the pit from the avacado, put in the bottom of your bowl of prepared guac and it will not turn brown!
