preheat oven to 350 degrees. mix together brownie mix and flour (helps keep cookies from running while your baking them). set aside. In a saucepan combine sugar cocoa powder milk butter and vanilla. Bring to a rolling boil stirring constantly and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Using an electric mixer beat icing for 3 minutes or until mixture cools and thickens to were you can spread it easily. set aside. place cookies on a cookie sheet 3 to 4 inches apart (the spread really far!). put about 4 to 6 cookies on each cookie sheet. cook for 7 minutes or until they look firm. place the cookies on a cutting board and roll each cookie into a ball and flatten with a spoon so they have a dip in the center. fill each dip with frosting then place the cookies on a serving dish. top the cookies with green sprinkles and serve!
i came up with this cookie recipe for a halloween party im going to have, and will these cookies for many different parties and occassions... yummy :q
