THAW pastry sheet at room temperature 40 min. Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix egg and water.
UNFOLD pastry on lightly floured surface. Roll into 16"x12" rectangle. Spread cream cheese over rectangle to within 1/2" of edges. Top with broccoli and ham. Starting at long side, roll up like a jelly roll, only to center. Roll up opposite side to center. Brush between rolls with egg mixture, then gently press rolls together. Cut into 32 (1/2") slices. Place on greased baking sheet. Brush with egg mixture.
BAKE 15 min. or until golden. Serve warm or at room temperature. Makes 32 appetizers.
TIP: To make ahead, place slices on baking sheet and brush with egg mixture. Freeze. When frozen, store in plastic bag up to 1 month. To bake, preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen slices on baking sheet and bake 20 min. or until golden.
