Stir in pineapple juice, orange juice, and, if using, rum. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Stir in pineapple chunks and raisins. Heat through. Spoon over ham.

Micro-cook, covered with waxed paper, on 100% power (high) for 9 to 12 minutes, turning meat over once. Cover and keep warm. Mean-while, drain pineapple chunks, reserving juice. Cook on high for 2 to 3 minutes or till thickened and bubbly, stirring after 1 minute, then every 30 seconds. Stir in pineapple chunks and raisins. Cook on high for 1 minute more or till heated through. Spoon over ham.
